Terms of Service for Noot
By using Noot, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the extension.
1. Overview
Noot is a browser-based crypto wallet designed to enhance privacy for on-chain Robinhood Chain activity. By using Noot, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
2. Use of Noot
You may use Noot freely and without restriction. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet. We do not condone or support any illegal, unethical, or prohibited activity carried out using Noot or its related services.
3. Third-Party Services
Noot integrates with independent third-party services to provide specific functionality:
- Uniswap – for token swaps on Robinhood Chain
- Noot Shield – for privacy-preserving ETH transfers
- Alchemy – for Robinhood Chain RPC access
- Chainlink – for on-chain price feeds
- NEAR Intents – for Zcash bridging
Each service operates independently and is subject to its own terms and privacy policies. By using these features, you agree to comply with the terms of those respective services.
4. Stock Tokens and Tokenized Assets
Robinhood Chain hosts Stock Tokens and other tokenized real-world assets. Noot is a self-custody wallet interface only: we do not issue, mint, redeem, custody, broker, or make a market in any token, and we provide no investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Stock Tokens are issued by third parties under their own terms. Any exposure, redemption right, corporate-action treatment, or regulatory protection associated with a token comes from its issuer, not from Noot. Prices displayed in the wallet are read from public on-chain oracle feeds and are provided for information only — they are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of execution.
Availability of tokenized assets varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether holding or transferring any token is lawful where you are, and for any resulting tax obligations.
5. Liability
Noot is provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee of performance. We make no representations about accuracy, reliability, or availability.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences arising from:
- Loss of funds or private keys
- Software bugs, errors, or malfunctions
- Misuse, user error, or malicious activity
- Actions or failures of third-party integrations
You assume full responsibility for your use of Noot and any outcomes thereof.
6. Updates
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Noot following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
